Yoshiyuki Fujikawa is Senior Managing Director, Finance & Investment at Gordon Brothers Japan. Yoshiyuki oversees lending and investment opportunities and leads a team responsible for transactions throughout the structuring, execution and portfolio lifecycle.

He has over 20 years’ experience in asset-based lending, capital investments and debtor-in-possession financing.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers Japan, Yoshiyuki was vice president of the mergers and acquisitions advisory services group at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and was previously responsible for market research and expanding the multinational banking and financial services institution’s U.S. asset-based lending operations.

Yoshiyuki has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Tokyo. He is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan, director of the Turnaround & Succession Support Organization, and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States. Yoshiyuki is based in Tokyo.
