Kelly Caverly Davis is responsible for deal analysis and structure, financial management, and ongoing wholesale and industrial deal operations for Gordon Brothers. Prior to this role, Kelly held the positions of Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Analyst within the valuations team of Gordon Brothers, where she oversaw a team of analysts that performed wholesale appraisals across a wide range of industries for the asset based lending community. Kelly has also been responsible for the financial analysis of retail disposition deals. Before joining Gordon Brothers, Kelly worked in buying and planning roles at Filene’s and Lord & Taylor (divisions of The May Department Stores Company). Kelly holds a BA from Colgate University and has been certified by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). She has experience in a variety of sectors, including: wholesale apparel, accessories, & footwear; consumer electronics; food & beverage; furniture; homegoods & housewares; health, beauty and cosmetics; jewelry; toys, crafts, & hobbies; and sporting goods, among others.
