Beau Thomson is Senior Manager, Valuations at Gordon Brothers responsible for appraising machinery and equipment to develop lending, mergers and acquisitions, and insolvency strategies for clients throughout Australia.

Beau has over 15 years’ experience managing auction and valuation services across Australia and Asia, and his areas of expertise include asset management and corporate restructuring. He has advised corporate and private companies, banks and financiers, and accounting and insurance firms across a range of industries including retail, manufacturing and construction on insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, and lending strategies.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Beau was an advisory and corporate investigations manager for Rodgers Reidy, where he supported businesses in financial distress, worked within insolvency and administration, and conducted financial record investigations. Previously, he was a fixed asset valuation manager for Deloitte in Australia.

Beau is certified by the American Society of Appraisers and a licensed real estate agent in Tasmania where he is based.
