Equipment Finance

We provide a full suite of customized equipment financing solutions that includes fully amortizing equipment loans, capital leases, and terminal rental adjustment clause (TRAC) and fair market value (FMV) leases. We work directly with middle-market commercial companies, independent lessors, captive finance organizations, and bank-owned equipment financing groups to provide efficient and reliable financing solutions on both a direct and indirect basis.

Sale Leaseback & Rent Purchase

Whether independently or as part of a multi-asset solution, we provide clients capital through sale and leaseback transactions on machinery, equipment, real estate and other select assets. We provide machinery and equipment users the option to extend or purchase their leased equipment at the end of a lease term so they can recover the equity built up during the contract period.

Purchase Consignment & Vendor Finance

In situations where providing secured debt against inventories is not an option, we deploy innovative structures to purchase inventory and consign through retail or industrial channels.

Real Estate Investment

We offer solutions for excess corporate assets including the purchase of real estate and furniture, fixtures and equipment for retail and industrial clients, providing a holistic solution including interim operations, facility management and closures.
