Tron Allen is Senior Managing Director, Transactions at Gordon Brothers. He supports business development efforts across Gordon Brothers platform, expanding client relationships and helping drive the firm’s continued growth in key markets. Tron works closely with the appraisal, disposition, investment and advisory services teams to deliver Gordon Brothers’ full breadth of capabilities to clients across North America.

Tron has spent more than 30 years helping middle-market and sponsor-backed companies secure innovative financing solutions to support growth initiatives, acquisitions, restructurings and operational improvements. His background spans corporate finance, business development, enterprise client management and asset-based lending, bringing deep expertise to Gordon Brothers’ Transaction Office.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Tron served as the chief commercial officer for Eclipse Business Capital where he led business development initiatives for the asset-based lending platform, including asset-based revolvers, term loans, FILO facilities and customized over advance structures. Prior to Eclipse, Tron served as senior vice president in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance division for nearly five years before joining BKD Corporate Finance. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade with GE Capital, where he held corporate finance leadership positions and focused on providing clients with senior debt offerings and advisory services related to various capital raises. He began his career in the oil and gas industry.

Tron has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. He is based in Texas.
