Richard Pelcher is Senior Director, Documentation & Funding, Commercial Equipment Finance at Gordon Brothers. Richard oversees the onboarding, documentation and funding processes for the firm’s Commercial Equipment Finance offering that provides efficient equipment financing options to middle-market businesses on both a direct and indirect basis.

He has over 30 years of experience in equipment finance and leasing with expertise in contract creation and negotiation, collateral securitization, transaction funding and cash management processes.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Richard was the vice president and national group director at Flagstar Bank, formerly Signature Bank, where he partnered with and provided funding solutions to independent equipment finance companies and financial institutions. Richard was previously the vice president and director of funding and operations of Capital One’s equipment finance and leasing division.

Richard studied economics at St. John’s University. He is based in Melville, New York.
