Nicole Tang is Director, Senior Transaction Counsel, APAC at Gordon Brothers. Nicole advises business leaders and deal teams on legal strategy, deal structuring and negotiation, documentation and execution across the region.

She has over 12 years’ experience in banking, finance, restructuring and insolvency across private practice and in-house roles. Her expertise spans across bilateral and syndicated cross-border banking and finance transactions, including asset-based lending, restructuring and insolvency matters, commercial litigation and financial service disputes.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Nicole was a senior associate at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP in London within the Finance and Financial Service Transactions practice. She previously held roles with HWL Ebsworth Lawyers and A&O Shearman in Sydney and Hong Kong.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Tasmania and a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales. She is a barrister and solicitor admitted to the High Court of Australia and a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She is based in Sydney.
