Mollie Bailey is Senior Director, Commercial & Industrial at Gordon Brothers. Mollie is responsible for the purchasing and resale of the firm’s wholesale inventories for both softline and hardline categories and leads multi-asset transactions. She manages daily communication with both clients and customers within the consumer products segment.

Mollie has over 15 years of experience, including operational and merchant roles within the retail industry.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Mollie served as a merchant at Gabe’s and has previously worked as a manager and buyer for specialty retailers. She has experience in a variety of sectors, including wholesale apparel, accessories, footwear; consumer electronics; furniture; home goods, housewares; health, beauty, cosmetics and jewelry.

Mollie has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a board member of the Tennessee Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and leads the committee for TMA NOW, a network of women in the turnaround industry. Mollie is based in Nashville.
