Jonas D.L. McCray is Senior Director, Finance Transaction Counsel, Americas at Gordon Brothers. Jonas serves as the firm’s front-line transactional counsel primarily for the Lending and Commercial Equipment Finance practices. He advises on legal strategy, deal structuring and negotiation, documentation and execution.

He has over 20 years of experience in commercial finance and lending, deal structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Jonas was vice president and general counsel at NFS Leasing, a privately-held independent equipment finance leader. Previously, he was of counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer at Salus Capital Partners, LLC.

Jonas has a Bachelor of Arts in English Textual Studies from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law. He is based in Boston.
