John Wills is Director, Real Estate, EMEA on the Valuations & Corporate Recovery team at Gordon Brothers. John provides strategic and practical advice to banks, accountants and corporates on all matters across the entire property spectrum, from land, main commercial property assets, mixed-use, part-complete developments, trophy residential and commercial investment properties.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, leading and overseeing valuation instructions and restructuring and recovery cases for a wide variety of lender and insolvency practitioners across the U.K.

John served as head of property at SIA Group, a leading professional services firm that provided asset valuations, advisory services and auctions acquired by Gordon Brothers. Prior to SIA Group, he was director in the restructuring and valuations team at Avison Young, advising on stressed and distressed property assets across London and the south-east of England.

John is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), RICS registered valuer and RICS registered fixed charge receiver. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Oxford Brookes University and is a Fellow of Non-Administrative Receivers Association (FNARA)

He is based in London.
