Senior Manager, Valuations

With more than 15 years’ experience in the appraisal industry, Jillian is an expert at valuing machinery and equipment. Her appraisals have been relied upon for a variety of purposes including: Property Tax Consulting and Valuations; Property Tax Pollution Control Asset Studies; Property Tax Depreciation Curve Studies; Purchase Price Allocation Asset Valuations; Fresh Start Bankruptcy Asset Valuations; Asset Impairment Valuations; Event and Trip Planning; Insurance Asset Replacement Cost Studies; Lender Based Appraisals; Report Writing and Data Analyses. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Jillian worked as a senior manager in AccuVal-LiquiTec’s Machinery & Equipment Valuation practice, which was acquired by Gordon Brothers in 2015. She is a Candidate of the American Society of Appraisers. She has completed the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) coursework, as well as Introduction to Machinery & Equipment Valuation (Course ME201, American Society of Appraisers), Principles of Finance (University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee), and Financial Accounting (Cardinal Stritch University – Milwaukee Wisconsin). Jillian has a BA in Communication/Business from Pepperdine University – Malibu.
