Benjamin Hildreth is Director, Capital at Gordon Brothers responsible for originating and underwriting the firm’s new loan investments and ongoing portfolio management.

Benjamin has over 10 years’ experience in underwriting and portfolio management and his areas of expertise include asset-based and cash flow loans, mergers and acquisitions, and structuring complex transactions.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Benjamin was senior vice president, underwriting and portfolio management at Santander Bank where he structured, underwrote and executed bilateral and syndicated transactions. He was previously the bank’s underwriting manager for its mid-corporate, asset-based loan and middle market New England portfolios. Before that, Benjamin worked as vice president, underwriting production manager at Salus Capital Partners LLC where he managed underwriting senior secured loans for middle-market companies in the U.S. and Canada.

Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Music from New York University and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University. He is treasurer and board member of the non-profit organization Inversant. Benjamin is based in Boston.
