Al Williams is Co-Head of North America Real Estate Services at Gordon Brothers. Al leads the growth and expansion of the firm’s real estate services platform providing full life cycle portfolio optimization services to retail, office, commercial and industrial clients.

In particular, he focuses on helping companies develop and implement operational efficiency plans within their real estate portfolios.

Al has nearly 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry developing business strategy, marketing and branding and spearheading new business initiatives.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Al was an executive managing director of new business development and a member of the board of directors at ExcessSpace, a Newmark company, and played an integral role in making it one of the most recognizable brands in the shopping center industry.

Al teaches classes for the National Retail Tenants Association and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is based in Huntington Beach, California.
