Retained to market and dispose of over 70 properties to support the drug store chain in rightsizing its store footprint.

National drugstore retailer, Rite Aid, retained Gordon Brothers to manage the disposition of over 70 properties consisting of former Rite Aid drugstores,  shop space adjacent to operating stores and space created next to operating Rite Aid stores as the result of the downsizing of the stores, throughout the U.S. The leased and owned retail properties range from 960 to 47,302 square feet are being marketed locally and nationally.

In addition to traditional marketing avenues, we leveraged our strong relationships in the industry and researched relevant retail and non-retail successors who might benefit from these opportunities. The project continues today.
