Retained to sell off the company’s fleet of heavy costruction equipment.

Resource Management Company (RMC) was a Nashville based contractor offering heavy equipment and construction services. Due to increasing labor rates, a shortage of qualified operators in the area and a slowdown in project work, RMC decided to sell all of its assets.  Gordon Brothers, along with a joint venture partner, was the successful bidder and was retained to sell off the company’s fleet.

The fleet was comprised of 165+ late model assets, including: excavators, dozers, loaders, compactors, surface drill rigs, articulated dump trucks, dump trucks, services vehicles, trailers and a wide range of attachments and accessories.

Working along with the company and its lenders, the joint venture was able to guarantee the sale of the assets and subsequently run an auction process that led to a desirable outcome for all parties involved.
