Emily Muir is Head of Intellectual Property on the Valuations and Corporate Recovery team at Gordon Brothers. Emily leads the intellectual property team, providing valuations to support restructuring and lending clients, as well as delivering disposal services to lenders, restructuring professionals and corporates. In addition, she oversees the Glasgow office.

Emily has over 10 years of experience in valuations and restructuring, and has advised companies across a wide range of sectors.

Emily was previously head of intellectual property at SIA Group, a leading professional services firm that provided asset valuations, advisory services and auctions, acquired by Gordon Brothers, where she led the intellectual property team in delivering valuations, advisory mandates, and disposals. She was previously a partner at Beattie Muir, a boutique advisory firm supporting small and medium-sized enterprises with a variety of business services.

Emily is based in Glasgow, Scotland.
