Eileen Adler is Chief Human Resources Officer at Gordon Brothers where she leads global human resources (HR) strategy and operations in support of the firm’s strategic objectives. Additionally, Eileen oversees Gordon Brothers’ philanthropic efforts.

Eileen has over 25 years of experience in HR and consulting across industries, including financial services, technology and healthcare. Her expertise includes talent management, employee engagement, succession planning and change management.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Eileen held senior HR leadership roles at PeopleFluent, Visiant Health, Sun Life Financial and Boston Scientific.

She has a Master of Science in Learning and Organization Development and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Lesley University, and Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Psychology from William James College. Eileen serves on the board of directors for the Gordon Brothers Foundation. She is based in Boston.
