James continues his longstanding real estate relationships optimizing real estate portfolio for companies such as Panera, Au Bon Pain, BOSE, Michael’s, Peet’s Coffee, Karen Millen, bareMinerals, Crabtree & Evelyn, Intelligentsia Coffee, Crunch Fitness, IHOP, Big Lots, Maurice’s, Office Depot, Toys R Us, and other distinguished Fortune 500 companies.

Key bankruptcy filings on which James has worked include American Apparel, Avado Brands, Blockbuster Video, Bombay Company, Borders Books, Fresh & Easy, Circuit City, FAO Schwarz, Goody’s Family Clothing, HomePlace of America, Kmart, Lacks Furniture, Linens N Things, Radio Shack, Tower Records and Winn-Dixie Stores. Prior to joining the firm, James worked as an internal account analyst on Wall Street for a major stock brokerage company and owned a wholesale/retail sporting goods and accessories business.
