James Avallone is Senior Managing Director, Real Estate Services at Gordon Brothers. James assists retail, office and industrial occupiers in optimizing their portfolios through the firm’s best-in-class site selection, lease renewal, lease restructuring and disposition programs.

James has over 30 years of experience in real estate operations throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Europe.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, James worked for a major stock brokerage company on Wall Street as an internal account analyst and owned a wholesale and retail sporting goods and accessories business.

James has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and National Retail Tenants Association. James is based in Charleston, South Carolina.
