Michael is formerly the General Counsel of Gordon Brothers, who has 30 years of experience as a lawyer and dealmaker and who is well respected in the restructuring and liquidation professional communities. Christopher has 20 years of experience as a litigator and has worked in the litigation finance market for over a decade. He, along with his partners Ken Adams and Bruce Holcomb, founded 1875 Capital to provide strategic advice and consulting services to corporations, counsel, and investors in the commercial litigation finance markets. Gordon Brothers Litigation Funding combines the capital base and asset valuation expertise of Gordon Brothers, and the litigation finance strategy expertise of 1875 Capital, to value and monetize corporate litigation and other illiquid legal assets.
