Scott Fuller heads up the Valuation team responsible for delivering comprehensive asset valuations to the lending community, including Asset-Based lenders, main stream clearing banks, private equity, corporate management teams, investment funds and professional advisors. These valuations help to support business growth through transactional deals such as MBO, MBI, M&As, re-financings, restructurings and to maintain existing or distressed lending. Scott has over 20 years’ experience in the Asset-Based Lending (ABL) market having worked for both US and UK lenders, during which time he has held a number of senior portfolio and underwriting positions. He has successfully underwritten, syndicated and managed some of the largest ABL facilities in the UK. Scott has significant experience in structuring new facilities, in-life management and loan recovery having successfully recovered over £2 billion of distressed asset-based loans. Scott joined Gordon Brothers from HSBC UK, where he was Head of Client Management for the Global Trade and Receivables Finance team. Prior to this he held the position of Head of Large ABL and Syndications for Royal Bank of Scotland Invoice Finance.
