Phil oversees the technical support operations for the Americas and Australia. He is an experienced Network and Desktop support specialist and has previous experience at Baxter International, a global healthcare company located in Ontario, Canada. Prior to Baxter, Phil was a Technical Support Consultant at Ehvert Engineering in Toronto, Canada where he provided value-added IT solutions for various clients including Baxter International, Honda, and Toronto Catholic School Board. Phil received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with Honors from the University of Western Ontario. Phil is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
