Alena Tverskoy is Director, Real Estate at Gordon Brothers. Alena oversees debt and equity real estate investments in the West and Midwest regions where she is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and underwriting transactions. Additionally, she works with the Retail and Commercial & Industrial teams on projects involving owned real estate.

Alena has over 20 years of experience in real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, asset and portfolio management in multiple product types including retail, office, industrial and land.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Alena was Vice President of Portfolio Management at BentallGreenOak and was previously Assistant Vice President of Portfolio Management at Bentall Kennedy, which were both acquired by Sun Life Financial. She oversaw a $1.1 billion portfolio of U.S. commercial real estate, including retail, office and industrial properties.

Alena has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University and a Diploma in Real Estate Studies and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University Metropolitan College. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and speaks both English and Russian.
