Padmini Dhulipala oversees development and maintenance of Gordon Brothers’ proprietary enterprise software. Prior to joining the firm, she managed information technology for AccuVal-LiquiTec, which was acquired by Gordon Brothers in 2015. Padmini has more than a decade of IT experience across a broad range of industries. Her expertise lies in applying extensive problem-solving and strategic planning skills to address the specific needs of the firm and its customers, including leading the design, development and implementation of customized software solutions; providing systems analysis; and overseeing the creation, management and support of the company’s large volume databases. Padmini has managed several high-profile projects using a wide range of technologies such as client/server and Web applications in a variety of industries, including insurance, banking, investment, manufacturing, consulting and professional services. Padmini has held leadership positions in a variety of IT capacities, including systems analysis, consulting and software engineering with industry-leading companies such as Cornerstone Consulting, Inc.; Keane, Inc.; RTMS database marketing software (now NuEdge Systems); and Northwestern Mutual Life. She earned an M.S. in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
