Michelle Heath is Director, Human Resources at Gordon Brothers. Michelle works closely with the Valuations team to develop innovative strategies that drive employee performance and engagement.

Michelle has over 25 years’ experience in talent acquisition and development, employee engagement and retention, compensation and benefits.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Michelle worked as the human resources business partner at U.S. Radiology Specialists Inc., where she supported the corporate teams and led the integration of employee benefit programs across multiple business acquisitions. Previously, she was the director of human resources at PeopleFluent Inc., where she managed the global compensation and employee benefit programs.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. She is a certified practitioner of Myers-Briggs MBTI and a member of World at Work, Triangle Society for Human Resource Management and Employee Benefits Professionals of the Carolinas. Michelle is based in North Carolina.
