Meredith Daly is Manager, Talent Acquisition at Gordon Brothers. Meredith works with the firm’s leaders and teams to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support their business needs.

Meredith has over 25 years’ experience in human resources and international talent acquisition.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Meredith was the president and CEO of Advanced Search and Placement Inc., an executive search firm specializing in retail industry recruitment. She worked closely with clients to develop customized talent acquisition strategies and provide best-in-class candidate experiences. She was previously the vice president of Global Educators LLC, where she specialized in recruiting and placing education professionals worldwide.

Meredith has a certificate from Parsons School of Design in Paris and a diploma from Miami Ad School @ Portfolio Center in Atlanta. She is certified as a personnel consultant and employee retention specialist with the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). Meredith is an executive board member of NAPS and the former president of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services. She is also the vice president of the board of directors for the Acoustic Neuroma Association. Meredith is based in Atlanta.
