Matt Earl is Senior Managing Director, Valuations & Corporate Recovery Operations, EMEA at Gordon Brothers. Matt leads and manages operations and is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Valuations & Corporate Recovery practice. He oversees client engagements and partners with clients, financial institutions and stakeholders to deliver high-quality valuation, restructuring and recovery solutions.

Matt has over 25 years of experience in providing valuations and disposal services to the financial sector and corporate clients. He has undertaken numerous machinery, equipment and inventory appraisals and disposals in the U.K., Europe and North America including accelerated inventory realisation programmes, workouts and pan-European combined plant and machinery and inventory appraisals for asset-based lenders, banks and restructuring professionals.

Matt served as head of operations at SIA Group, a leading professional services firm that provided asset valuations, advisory services and auctions acquired by Gordon Brothers. Prior to SIA Group, he was head of valuation operations at GoIndustry DoveBid plc.

Matt is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) registered valuer and a chartered surveyor (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – MRICS). He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Salford.
