Karin Spychalski is responsible for managing the operations for the Human Resources Department for Gordon Brothers’ North American offices. Karin brings over twenty-five years of broad HR generalist experience in a variety of industries including banking, high technology, retail management, financial services and insurance. She has spent most of her career in generalist roles responsible for talent and performance management, employee relations, total rewards and HR technology. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers in 2011, Karin held leadership roles at StonehamBank, Expo Design Center (a Home Depot company), Level 3 Communications (formerly Genuity Solutions), Fidelity Investments, Liberty Mutual and BayBank. She earned both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations as well as a BA in Psychology from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.
