John Fox has almost 40 years’ experience specializing in the restaurant sector, and has been actively involved in restaurant and franchise financing and M&A. He is responsible for valuing, restructuring and disposing of property, to help clients make the most of their real estate portfolios.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, he worked to establish franchise lending platforms for The Money Store Investment Corporation, ITT Small Business Finance, Security Pacific Credit Corporation, First Interstate Bank, Deutsche Bank, Shell Capital and DZ Bank. John has extensive experience with private equity, hedge funds and non-conventional financing. He was co-founder at International Franchise Capital, which worked in partnership with Deutsche Bank and Nomura Securities, to build one of the largest securitized franchise lenders in the country. John has also led companies in real estate disposition, restructuring, M&A and advisory services.
