John Domino

John Domino has over 25 years’ experience in supermarket and retail real estate. He specializes in providing business strategy, retail leasing, real estate development, and facilities management expertise to clients. Throughout his career he has managed anchor tenant leasing and project development for multiple shopping malls; assisted numerous landlords in identifying and securing food store leases; and helped many independent grocery operators’ lease, remodel and improve the operating efficiency of stores.

John worked as Vice President of Real Estate, Store Development, and Facilities at SUPERVALU for 16 years. He oversaw the company’s capital development plan, led all new store real estate development and drove multiple store acquisition projects. He previously held a variety of real estate development positions at Harvard Community Health Plan, Zayre Stores, the Pyramid Companies, and National Amusements.

John served as chairman of the Food Marketing Institute’s Retail Store Development Committee for two years. He has a BS and MS in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.
