Doug Epstein has over 25 years of experience specializing in all areas of commercial real estate on a national scale. He is experienced in firm wide real estate strategy, expansion, negotiation and management of property sales and leases, and the fulfillment of legal real estate contracts.
Most recently, Doug served as Executive Vice President of Real Estate, Construction and Legal Affairs for Modell’s Sporting Goods—a position he held for more than two decades. In his time with Modell’s, he oversaw all aspects of the chain’s real estate portfolio, including growth, construction, property management requirements, and the supervision and negotiation of retail leases and real estate contracts. Doug has previously held posts at law firm Schekter Rishty Goldstein & Blumenthal, P.C. and the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs.
Doug earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Business and Russian Studies from Lafayette College, and his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He has also served as Managing Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
