Christine Fulton has over 30 years of experience specializing in the corporate real estate industry. She specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, lease and purchase agreement negotiations, strategy development and site selection, financial analysis, and deal economics for both retail and warehouse locations.
Christine’s background provides her with extensive knowledge of new store development, store closure, business valuation, and asset and lease portfolio management. In addition to her current work at Gordon Brothers, Christine owns and operates her own real estate company that owns commercial and residential properties.
Most recently, Christine owned and operated an archery company and has previously served as Director of Real Estate for SUPERVALU, Inc., working with developers, retailers, business owners, brokers and financial lenders.
Christine earned her BSc degree in Management and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating summa cum laude. She also holds an Associate Degree in Specialized Business and Accounting from the Monroeville School of Business in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Christine is an affiliate of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
