Carissa Balyosian is Director, Corporate Accounting at Gordon Brothers. Carissa has over 10 years of experience in auditing, accounting and financial reporting. She joined the firm in 2017 as an Assistant Controller before being promoted to Senior Manager in 2019.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Carissa was a Manager at Fidelity Investments where she managed the process for the parent company’s consolidated GAAP financial statements and oversaw the accounting for the company’s investments in over 200 subsidiaries across 12 different currencies. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit department where she executed annual financial statement audits, quarterly reviews and government funding audits for financial services, pharmaceutical and higher education clients.

Carissa received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College where she was awarded for having the highest academic record in the school of business. Carissa is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
