Brian Keenan is Director, Credit at Gordon Brothers. He plays an integral role in underwriting and monitoring investments involving both debt and equity transactions.

Brian has nearly 15 years’ experience in underwriting and structuring investments, conducting financial and credit analysis, and managing portfolios.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Brian was vice president, commercial banking for JPMorgan Chase & Co. In this role, he underwrote, structured and managed senior debt facilities for middle-market companies in New England. Previously, Brian was senior associate, underwriting at Gordon Brothers Finance Company where he managed a portfolio of borrowers and underwrote and structured senior, second-lien and subordinated debt investments.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at College of the Holy Cross and his Master of Science in Finance at Suffolk University Sawyer School of Management. He is a CFA® charterholder and is based on Boston.
