Mike Guelfo is responsible for evaluating, managing and directing asset dispositions within the Commercial and Industrial division. Mike brings with him over 25 years of industrial-related expertise, including asset dispositions, asset valuations, rigging and project management. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers in 2005, he was a senior appraiser at Bank of America Business Capital, where he performed valuations of machinery and equipment and inventory for asset-based lending purposes. Before that he was responsible for acquisitions, project management and estimating for a global concern that bought and sold new, used and rebuilt chemical and pharmaceutical process plants and equipment. Mike is an Accredited Senior Appraiser, Machinery and Technical Specialties, with the American Society of Appraisers. He received his BS in Finance from Louisiana State University.
