Laurie Gaulin manages human resources and employee relations at Gordon Brothers. Laurie oversees the development and administration of personnel programs and policies relative to recruitment, retention, and performance management. She is also responsible for developing strategies that promote employee engagement and advancement and for ensuring a positive work environment at the firm. With over 12 years of HR experience working domestically and internationally in the private and public sector, Laurie brings with her a wealth of knowledge about talent management and development, recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and mentoring. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Laurie worked internationally for UBS Investment Bank in London and Sydney supporting various HR functions and for State Street Corporation in Boston supporting various client groups in Boston, New York, California, and Kansas City. Laurie received her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Communications from Denison University in Ohio and a certificate in International Business from the University of Cambridge in London. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
