Using a round table format, a group of professionals with experience in asset acquisitions and financing of distressed companies will discuss the unique nature of doing business in Brazil from the perspective of foreign investors. Topics for discussion will include the legal benefits and obstacles under current Brazilian legislation to foreign capital investments, the potential impact that pension reform, if approved, may have on foreign capital inflows, and crucial tax considerations for non-Brazilian investors. This is intended to be an interactive discussion, with questions and active participation of all professionals attending the event.
