Colleen leads marketing at Gordon Brothers and is a member of the company’s management committee. She positions the company externally, directing advertising, direct marketing, digital media, content, sponsorships, and events. Colleen also serves as the company spokesperson and manages media relations. In 2016, Colleen and her team re-branded Gordon Brothers to support the firm’s strategy of delivering integrated solutions to clients around the world. This company-wide effort included the launch of the new gordonbrothers.com. Colleen brings over 15 years’ experience leading brands, encompassing both consumer and business marketing. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Colleen was a senior vice president, enterprise marketing at Bank of America, where she led large scale programs executed across BofA’s retail and digital platforms. Earlier in her career, Colleen was a marketing manager at Target where she planned and executed campaigns across thousands of retail locations, target.com and other consumer channels. Colleen previously worked as a strategic marketing manager at 3M, where she worked across its 40+ industrial and consumer businesses on new product launches, corporate strategy and international business planning. She began her career as a business analyst at management consulting firm A.T. Kearney. Colleen earned a B.A. in American Studies and an M.B.A. at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where she was named a George F. Baker Scholar. Colleen is an active Hoya, as well as a supporter of the YMCA, including the Wang YMCA and YMCA Camp Nellie Huckins, a girls camp in Freedom, NH.
