Over the course of our 15 year partnership, we have provided Pep Boys with comprehensive real estate services including portfolio valuations, store dispositions, sale leasebacks and store leasing on a number of projects. Through multi-channel marketing, including advertising, press releases, trade shows and direct mail campaigns, we have been able to find buyers for over 80 properties, ranging from medical facilities to automobile dealerships and retailers.
